Drury Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Airport Settlers Ridge

Hottub was out. Phone didn't work. Paid a deposit on a mini fridge that wasn't stocked or even turned on. I thought I booked downtown but they said they had a jury staying there. Was I moved?. I wanted a nice place.

The room was not clean. The staff was kind of rude. The breakfast was OK. The hot tub was decent for the price and the ratings that I’ve seen. I would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were excellent and spacious and CLEAN! The breakfast was awesome too. I would definitely recommend booking except it might mean no vacancy for me so you’ll have to try it for yourself.

The Giant Eagle Marketplace across the highway was one of the nicest grocery store complexes I have ever seen.

We were staying at the hotel for a family wedding. After a long day, we returned to our room expecting to get into bed and sleep. Instead, the bed had a cover, but no duvet or blankets**. The room itself was clean, but the bed was clearly - Not Properly - prepared for a guest. The advertised photos show a properly made bed with bedding, which was different from what we found in our room. We contacted the hotel about the missing bedding. When the staff brought it, they also brought pillows—but the pillows did not have pillowcases, although we never requested pillows, and receiving pillows without pillowcases was concerning from a cleanliness and hygiene standpoint. Having to request basic bedding after a long day was frustrating and unnecessary. Management should review its housekeeping and room inspection procedures. A room should not be given to a guest until the bed is completely prepared and all necessary linens are in place. For those who plan to choose this hotel - if complete bedding is important to you, perhaps check the bed when you arrive to make sure everything is properly prepared. Hopefully, management will address this so future guests do not have the same experience.
