Reviews
-
My sole complaint is the level of noise - our windows faced the 40th Street bridge so the traffic noise was unreal.
-
The hotel use to be a school and they kept a lot of the history incorporated into the design
-
The area is very well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I do believe the cost of the parking is extremely high.
-
Exceptional
-
The cleanliness and contemporary feel I was completely satisfied
-
The bathroom door was a rolling door that kept rolling back open. It did not give privacy because of the gap, was heavy, and everyone can hear you doing bathroom things, and when you use it at night it makes a loud noise as opposed to a regular door.

Very good

The staff weren’t friendly, the bartender wasn’t friendly. My keycard was deactivated, so when I returned Saturday night from a night out, I had to go back down stairs and get my keycard reactivated. The valet person outside was rude when I was being dropped off.
-
Staff was super helpful and attentive, property was beautiful, room didn’t have a mini fridge and the bunk beds were squeaky but other than that it was perfect
-
Opened the sheets and there were two hairs. It was after midnight so not much I could do. But won’t be staying there again
-
Bed a little uncomfortable - slightly sagging in the middle. Room was very small. Only one side table that was very small. Not much room for bags. Front desk very friendly upon check out, but not so much at check in. Valet was very friendly but the $35 charge was unexpected.
-
Very nice boutique hotel! Rooms were small and quaint and bed was very comfortable roof top bar was the highlight
-
The shower They charged for valet parking, parking not included and nowhere to park. Bunk beds were uncomfortable and only small blankets were provided. The sink was clogged. No breakfast was provided, when I booked it that was one of my requirements for booking a place. I got charged for an 8lb Yorkie. Room didn’t have a closet just a makeshift rack
-
Shower was slippery. Other than that was a great stay.
-
Historically significant. Exceptional artwork. N/A - stayed there a week and really liked the place
-
Location Smelled musty in room
-
The rooms were fine nothing special. The door to the bathroom was messed up and was hard to open and close and there was mildew in the showers. Nothing major to complain about and the staff were friendly. I’d stay again but wouldn’t be my first pick. (Was cheap and convenient tho)
-
I was just passing through for one night so the micro option was perfect for me. no micro or fridge but very flean, quiet and excellent water pressure. I got hot water very fast. it was a good value for what I paid
-
Never got in was marked as a no show, took my money, and resold the room so had to get another hotel room somewhere else….never use booking or Wyndham again nor will my 500 employees.
