Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Plano North

This hotel was very nice. The room was spacious, clean and parking was directly out front so easy to get to. Whenever the staff was encountered they always greeted us and very polite. We went down for breakfast and there were lots of options to choose from. Very nice. Thank You Fairfield Inn

Love the breakfast attendant! She is s sweet and I always forget to get her name!

Always has been a great stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly at check in and rooms always clean. Very safe around the hotel and fantastic restaurants around it to eat at.

The staff running the breakfast was excellent. Very pleased with our stay there.

Everything was perfect. Loved the beds

Everything about this room was immaculate. It was wonderful. The staff the amenities the pool. The bed was so soft. I could sink into it and just sleep forever. The breakfast was amazing. Everything about this hotel reveals amazing stay I will be back.

The place was very comfortable visually and just like a wonderful place to spend the night from the moment we walked in the front door to check in.

Very good

Toothpaste/brush & shaving set would have helpful

Location Stingy breakfast and skimpy on “extras” like an ice bucket at the machine. Made a reservation with a special request. Asked at check in to be sure I had a room that matched my request. The clerk said it did. Went to room it was t right. Clerk’s response was I should have known the King room doesn’t have that amenity. Booking.com CS said they’d try to fix things and never called with on the result despite assurances they would call within the next 1/2 or so.

This was a very nice property. The only thing that I would recommend is for the AC units to be checked because it takes a long time for the room to pull off and also the refrigerators might need to be replaced

Exceptional

I loved the bathroom. I thought it looked so clean and nice. I also liked the room set up with the desk. In pictures, I did not seem to like the carpet color but in person it looks so much better!! The lighting in the room is also so beautiful. I felt very comfortable in my room. Overall, I had a great experience!

Exceptional

Bathroom with rusted

We could only charge one night out of our stay. EV charging was one of the reasons we booked that hotel. If it is listed as an amenity it should be fully functional and part of your stay.

GOOD

Close to restaurants.
