The room was fine for the price. The window shade was "rigged" and did not cover the entire window.

I like to use bar soap, but it was not available. Except that, everything was great

Very clean and good hotel

Definitely not as nice as we hoped for what we paid. Something was broken or leaking on the top floor and they had a fan blowing that was set up on the ground and it felt humid on that floor. The pool was great for the kids but no stocked towels at all outside in the cabinets. The towels were super thin and cheap as well. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. They did provide free tooth brushes for my two kids who forgot theirs so that was very helpful!

Great hotel with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I stay here 5 times a year for the last 4 years and have never been dissatisfied.

I usually enjoy my stays at this hotel. When I arrived around 10 pmish, nobody was at the front desk for 10 to 15 minutes. Once in my room, I noticed two maintenance issues: the restroom door would not close all the way, and the desk power outlet was off.

It had a "Wonderful" or higher rating when I booked with lots of reviews. It met that expectation. Remember this is a Holiday Inn Express and not a Ritz or Four Seasons. It was a very good example of the brand that provides me values I care for. Clean, comfortable and a caring staff. When the maintenance man tries to make conversation with you asking if you could sleep well and if the room was quiet, management is doing something right! Nothing

The hotel is nice and is very well located, in the same parking lot you can walk to a 4 or 5 different restaurants and you have a main road just in front of you, and I was amazed that they did the housekeeping everyday, not like many other hotels that never clean the room during your stay

Great place to be at. Excellent staff
