The room assigned to us had never been cleaned. The room was a mess and the tv was left on. We then had another room assigned to us that, while better, had a previous person’s makeup in one of the drawers.

The rooms were big, liked the extra couch and comfortable office chair we had, but the room was not cleaned for the 3 nights we were there, had to ask for towels and coffee. The little trash cans were way too small for 2 people for 3 days, either bigger trash cans or needs to be picked up every day.

Enjoyed our stay there.

The staff was very friendly. There were plenty of handicap parking. Breakfast was great.

The moment I walked through the entrance, I immediately realized that I had made a terrible choice. Starting from the lobby, I was hit with a strong musty, moldy smell that you would expect from an old, poorly maintained building. The staff member who checked me in seemed completely uninterested and made very little effort to be helpful. When I asked where the elevator was, instead of saying anything, the employee simply pointed in its direction with a finger. Unfortunately, things only got worse when I entered my room. The moldy smell was even stronger, combined with an unpleasant damp, humid odor that made the room extremely uncomfortable. When I lay down on the bed, I noticed that the pillowcases and sheets smelled terrible. They had a sour, stale odor along with what smelled like someone else’s sweat, which made me seriously question whether the bedding had even been properly washed. To be fair, it is possible that the pillowcases and sheets had been washed and that the odor was actually coming from the pillows or mattress itself because the smell had become deeply embedded over time. However, based on the overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel, I honestly doubt that was the case. After this experience, I will never stay at a La Quinta hotel again. I will also strongly discourage my friends, family, and anyone I know from staying at one. This was easily the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

AC was weak Unable to adjust

The third floor smelled of mildew, it hits you as soon as you step off the elevator. Our room on the third floor also had the mildew smell.

The only thing that I liked was the convience to the weekend festivities. This place for one was hot when you entered the lobby. Not warm hot. As if the property manager turned the air off in the lobby. I have traveled for 30+ years never ever checked into a hotel room and the air/heat was not on. In the south the humidity these past couple of weeks have been in the 100's. This felt uninviting and caused the rooms to smell musty. Vents on the air units had visible mold and mildew. Partly because they do not keep the rooms consistently cool. The whole place reaked of garlic and spices the carpets in the hallways were filthy. The rooms were filthy. One of the bed sheets had yellow stains on them. The towels were torn. Luckily I travel with my own towels, fitted sheets and pillow cases. There were flies flying around in the breakfast area. Apparently the family that owns the hotel also lives on the premises on multiple floors. there was a constant smell of herbs and spices. There were strands of hair and debri on the bathroom floors. The white bathroom counters were filthy. As a child raised by custodial workers this was a nightmare. There was a cat litter box in one of the hallways. This place looks beautiful but definitely needs an improvement in cleanliness. I will stick to staying with Marriott from now on when I travel.

Only stayed one night but our room was clean and hotel was in a nice quiet location close to the interstate.

The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping staff kept the rooms very clean! The location was convenient and quiet. The breakfasts were great and there was ample parking throughout our stay! The rooms have been updated and the rest of the property is being updated as well, which will make it even better! Thank you again to the staff and management!

First time we had a great experience that’s why we came back but this time first night we were assigned to different room, hotel smell so bad on hallways and elevator, our room smell so humid that we had to buy air freshener. On the good side, staff were so friendly and the hotel has a really good location.

No breakfast and elevators not working

Parking very crowded

Breakfast was good. Beds good. Poor water pressure, bathroom faucet loose, shower curtain too short and had something that looked like blood stains on bottom edge. Maybe it was start of mildew. I reported so they can fix.

I liked the spacious room, it was very clean, the wall decor was nice also. A big plus is all the plug ins available in the room for electronic devices. Breakfast was good. Especially the eggs. My check in was quick and unproblematic. The stay was very pleasant and quiet. Location is close to many choices to eat, grocery stores, and gas stations. Angela at the front desk on the morning shift was very pleasant and professional. She made sure I got a working microwave in the room when I notified her the one in the room wasnt working. She offered to move us but we had already settled in, me and my 2 grandkids, I chose not to move. The offer was much appreciated, showed she did care about our comfort. She removed the non working one and put in the working one herself. I went to front desk to request linens for the pullout bed. The young lady gave me a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. I asked for a blanket, she proceeds to go back and forth with me that what she gave me is a sheet and a blanket. She removed them from my hand and stated the fitted one was to cover the bed and the other sheet(flat one) was the blanket. I went to Walmart to buy a blanket. The AC is close to the pullout bed where my grandchildren slept, so no, a sheet was not sufficient. I also asked how to get the TV to work, she rattled off some instructions that I forgot by the time I returned to the room, so, night one, no TV to watch. A kind patron I asked the following morning showed me what to do.

Because we travel a lot with your dog, La Quinta is always our "go to" choice. We are never disappointed. Friendly staff, good breakfast, no issues with our dog. But the pillows need to be improved. The cheap lumpy pillows need to be replace. That is the only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars.

Easy on /off the highway very friendly and helpful staff

It seemed like the hotel was under renovation and the rooms seems unfinished. TV's were missing, furniture was missing. There was mildew smell in both rooms we were given.
