There was always plenty of food on display. It was set up nicely. The food was always hot!! The staff was friendly. It was perfect for us but I'm sure during the busy season it would be very crowded. It could use a bigger area for seating.

They came into my room to check the towels during my visit, and to tidy things up. I haven't had daily maid service in years!

Our room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was I took a shower and the body wash in the shower did not work and since it was mounted on the wall I couldn’t try to take the pump off to try and get some soap there for it turned into more of a water shower.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Very clean rooms. Rather pricey, I suppose due to Labor Day weekend - the place was packed. Not downtown but within reasonable distance.the staff were all very professional, welcoming, and engaging.

The pool could use baking soda but we loved our stay there. Arthur doesnt smile but he is great at his job and all the rest of the associates.

Our room was small and for staying 4 days I would have gotten two queen beds instead of one. The room was also made up each day and was perfect. The people who worked there were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good and each day they added something different from the day before.

the fact I had aletter from doctor that I could not travel and you still are billing me 366.00 I NOTIFIED YOU DAYS AHEAD not charging me for something I couldnt use when I sent the doctors letter
