Staff were very helpful and friendly. My grandsons loved the pool. Negatives would be the cleanliness of the carpet and the upkeep of the pool. Breakfast was really good and we loved the location.

The room was excellent, despite a broken body wash holder and shifting toilet seat, staff was very helpful! Handicap parking is very limited to only a few spaces. I would recommend this hotel to travelers, but plan on eating breakfast somewhere else.

The beds were terrible and the coils of the bed were sticking through one of the beds. So I had to pay all that money to sleep on a couch!! Will never stop there again!! The beds were old, the towels were so rough that it hurt to use them

This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. We were met by Tabatha who was great. Our room was clean and comfortable, but definitely needs a refresh. I was expecting more given the nightly rate. The other staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was very good.

Location was convenient. Breakfast bar was good. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. The main staircase looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it opened. There were No Bath size towels.

Breakfast area very clean. Pool smelled like mold with an overkill of chlorine. Staff ALL very helpful. Ran out of towels????

Location and staff. Breakfast the juice machine was broken and not enough healthy choices.

We encountered 6 different types of bugs in our room over the course of two days. I told the man at the front upon our departure and he said he would get someone to spray the room. The hotel suggests a “hot breakfast bar” and it was Luke warm at best.

Grounds were well kept and staff was friendly. Breakfast had great choices and was delicious. Decent shopping center nearby and lots of restaurants. Try dolly’s diner and shoneys for good food. Overall great stay and if I was to stay in the area again this would be the choice.

I have always enjoyed staying at the Country Inn and Suites hotels. We are a family of 5, so we need a bit of space. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. It was just an overnight trip, but it served our needs nicely. The staff was kind and helpful when we needed extra linens. We would stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Pet urine on hallway carpet. Smelled. Breakfast bar was not attended - out of cups. Check in was very pleasant. Room was clean.

We stay every time we come in town to visit my daughter at Concord University. Very nice place.
