The AC unit was not working properly. The fan would blow for a couple minutes then stop. The room ended up being rather stuffy all night long. It was also a handicapped accessible room, but the handheld shower head would not work and the shower itself leaked all over the bathroom floor due to poor design. We expected so much better from a Hampton. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast provided… just like most of your competitors.

Location The bathtub was old and dingy. Also had a piece broke off on the bottom. Toilet leaked at the bottom. Stayed on 3rd floor. Hallway carpet was old and looked dirty. Door to room had to be really shut hard to close. Also a room next door had dogs that barked constantly in the morning.

Desk personnel and Breakfast staff very good. Housekeeping was virtually non existent. When they actually did come to do room service it was poorly done and incomplete.
