La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pueblo

Breakfast was good. Good variety. Room was clean. No Kleenex's, I have allergies.

The breakfast was great! Many selections, staff was attentive, food was fresh. Loved the outdoor pool. It was welcoming & fresh. Surrounding area pleasant. Location was convenient.

Very poor

The beds where very comfortable There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The room was not clean when we turn down our bed it was full of dog hair I had to tear down the bed and take them to the front desk and get clean ones later discover the carpet was just as dirty by the look of our socks had to spend the rest of our visit always wearing shoes

The hotel bedroom is nasty dirty smell sweet and dogs but the pillow nasty I promisor I never come back here Room dirty Check out waiting for 25 minutes for the employee I the counter

Thank You! Good Service!

The first room we were given was disgusting. The drain in the shower was literally sitting next to the gross drain. I asked to change rooms which was accommodated, and I was told she would adjust the rate to reflect this. There was no change in the charges and they refused to assist with a refund. After moving to the next room which was only slightly better, (there were stain marks on the sheets and the bathroom floor was dirty) we attempted to call the front desk about the wifi that would not work and the phones were not connected. The second day we tried to access our room and the key would not work and there was no one at the front desk for more than 15 minutes while we waited with all of our gear to get back into our room. The heat/air system was an old loud in unit machine that went off an on all night long. It was not a good experience and I would NOT stay here.

Booked last minute and La Quinta never fails to make my stays amazing and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. Breakfast was really good and staff always had a smile on their face!

all was as it should be

Nothing Smell, sticky floor, dirty bathroom. I honestly left 15 mins after checking in. Skip this place. Sleeping in your car is a better option.

Uncomfortable beds, no air conditioning,...

Staff was nice, room was clean and breakfast was good. Lots of signs about theft in parking lot a lot of people just hanging out in the parking lot at night. Lots of noise from them.

Location and beds were comfy AC not working, the room was super hot

Clean

My truck was broken into and tools were stolen. Window cost $489 to replace, and tools $1500.
