Quality Inn Pueblo North

The rooms were a little run down especially the carpet. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet in a safe area.

No happy with my stay at all.

The electrical plug in by the bed did not work. The coffee pot filter did not work, we were told they would fix it and they did not.

Nice and clean.

Disappointing

Great location We booked a double room! Got there at around 3:30 and we were told not only were the rooms bit cleaned but they didn’t have a double room! So we had to settle odor a king room!

Air conditioner didn’t cool down the room to 70.

The shampoo in the shower was empty, the sink drain was very slow draining. The coffee at breakfast was very cold.

No issues

During checkout, one man was very, very rude.

Staff and parking

There was a new man at the desk and he was very nice, helpful and efficient.

As of today my 50.$ deposit has not been returned to me. Very disappointing

The staff was nice All the ratings and reviews were great leading us to reserve the room. However our room #238 wasn't all that great. The bed spread was dirty and stained ( bed by window), there were dirty towels left behind the door in the bathroom, and my wife has little bites all over her body (she slept in the bed closest to the bathroom). I really hope its an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent, but I have a feeling they may be bed bug bites...

Was ok Nothing

Great staff - literally went above and beyond. The TV in our room wasn't working and the night clerk worked so hard to try and get it going. We were amazed! The hotel is clean and newly renovated. Nothing too fancy but it is safe and the parking lot is well lit.

Staff was nice. Location is good.Property does need some renovation, Overall I give it a 7.
