Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh - Crabtree Valley

Horrible hotel, not clean ,construction everywhere even. By the breakfast area construction is going on. The staff was lost with out the manager Andre when they called him for assistance he yelled at me as the paying customer and his front desk staff.i was simply asking for help to get back into my room and thus could have been a simple fixed but turned into a yelling match with the rude manager Andre. The hotel recked of weed it smelled bad.i will never come back again.

Exceptional

Clean and friendly staff! The rooms actually looked like the pictures on the website!

Great place to stay! Loved it!

Location We went told that they were remodelling Always had to wait for the elevator because of the work crews The worst breakfast at a Hilton

Amazing! The regular place for me and the dogs to stay for 4 years now.

Very good close location to the Crabtree Valley Mall. During this time they are working on renovations so they had water shut off for a certain time and the elevators looked a bit dirty, however the staff was very nice and gave me information about events they do on Wednesdays. The room itself was nice there was a couple of dishes for guests to use as well as a stove if you wanted to cook something, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The water pressure for the shower was perfect if you like it strong. Tv with cable and a couple of channels you can watch.

Major renovations!!!!!!! Beware

Bad

Poor

Someone walked in room while I was resting. They did not knock on door. And I couldn’t get back in room with key due too batteries dying in door

The photos to advertise the room were of what they expect the rooms to look like after renovations. Either that, or they were AI generated. The rooms, halls, and basically everything was nasty. Our child's feet were black after walking in the room. I wouldn't choose this hotel unless you don't have any other options.

Under active construction, including on the weekend. Water service disruptions due to construction activities

My room was clean and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and coffee was freshly brewed. Had a very good stay!

Poor

Clean rooms and very friendly staff

Not told hotel was under construction... Renovation..... Loud noisy...pool closed...completely unacceptable !!!

staff

Room clean Went to get in pool but pool was being renovated. Booking didn’t let me know anything about that before I went. And wasn’t told until after I checked in and paid.
