Paid parking to have dismal services not happy

There was no specifications on the airport shuttle services online. We arrived at 11pm and called the hotel, the phone just kept ringing and no one ever picked up. The breakfast wasn’t all that great. Mostly cereal and prepackaged bagels

Had laundry facilities. Staff was very nice. Property was old with rotting out wood. Entry to room was a disaster. Key cards took many swipes to get into room or not at all. FIX YOUR ENTRY SYSTEM!! The last thing you want to do after a busy day is mess with getting into your room or having to go to the front desk to get let in. Muffins, coffee, and yogurt isn't breakfast. Airport shuttle that only goes until 5:00 isn't very helpful if you have a flight outside of business hours. Do some maintenance on your property.

Parking fee was expensive.

Definitely NOT near anything. You cannot walk anywhere from this hotel. Ran out of breakfast really early and TV kept pausing for 5+ minutes.

Expecting Airport shuttle but disappointed that they don’t operate on weekends which was not reflected in their website.

Did not look like pictures. Room was dark and dated. Charges me more than what was quoted. Breakfast was not great. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

It’s basic and ok but the black lobby staff was very helpful

The “airport transfer” only runs from 9am -5pm. Originally it was a 5am - 10pm that is what they’d communicated to me via message. I was caught off guard when they changed it and end up having to find an alternative last minute which cost me a $30 uber. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have booked here.

I chose the property for the advertised free airport shuttle. On arrival was told it doesn’t run on weekends. Complimentary breakfast was extremely weak. No eggs or protein. Instant oatmeal and coffee only. Hotel was far below advertised.

They made me pay $15 for parking. It was advertised as free parking. After paid and parked there was a sign that said they weren’t responsible for car thefts so to take all belongings with you. I feel like if you pay you should at least feel safe. Ugh. I don’t like unexpected fees.

The room was nice especially to have the Kitchener. Other than that a normal run of hotel

The rooms themselves were fine, but the hotel's communication and follow through left a lot to be desired. I booked this property specifically because it advertised airport shuttle service, and I confirmed this by phone a week before my trip, staff assured me the shuttle would be available and even gave me pickup instructions. Upon landing, I was informed the shuttle was no longer being offered. With no advance warning, I had to scramble to arrange last-minute transportation on my own. If a service can't be guaranteed, that should be communicated before arrival, not after.

Lots of drug activity, and weed smells in hall ways. Most days they only had bagels and a few muffins for breakfast, nothing hot.

Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The refrigerator in our room did not appear to work and we were quite disappointed in the breakfast selections.

Upon checking in our first night, we arrived earlier than expected to find the desk agent was nowhere in sight. Found him sleeping on the sofa in the lobby area. Attempted to discuss options for an early check in but he was barely to no help so we left the premises until our original check in at 3pm. Thursday, we came back for check in and everything went smoothly. Room was nice and clean. Before leaving the premises again that evening, we requested from the front desk if we could have some extra pillows and an extra blanket. Desk agent gave us one pillow and said no more available and we would have to wait until morning when housekeeping was on site. Friday breakfast was okay. A lot of options to choose from - fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, cheese, etc. And options for hot beverages plenty too! After breakfast, we left the premises again but we met with front desk agent Fatima. She was an amazing help this trip. We requested for the pillows and blanket again and she said she would have someone bring it up. Returned that evening to again no pillows but we did receive the blanket. We stayed an additional 5 more days and breakfast options went downhill. Less and less each day. one day, no more muffins. next day, no more fruit. next day, bagels were completely frozen. Aside from Fatima`s hospitality, that would be the only reason for our return.

The first night there the fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate at 1am. It was a false alarm and we did not get a good night sleep. There was no explanation or compensation given.

The lobby needs brightened up with lighter colors. Very dark and like walking into a cave.

supposed to have airport shuttle. it operates between 9 am and 5 pm. Rediculous. might as well not have it for 75% of the time one would need it. cost us $75 to round trip from airport. Could have got same quality at airport for that price. Chose this one for reasonable price and airport shuttle. Arrived at 8:30 pm, left at 6:15am. "Shuttle" useless. Was NOT a total reasonable price.
