Trash strewn around the parking lot and front property did not give an good first impression. Fortunately it did not reflect the cleanliness inside. The previous reviews were spot on in regards to the cleanliness of the facility. My room was very comfortable, clean and astetically pleasing. The mini kitchenette was a nice suprise. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee and sink. The evening and afternoon staff were chearful and helpful, morning staff tended to be grumpy and rude. I was told at checkin the pool would be open the following day, well, that did not happen as they were replacing flooring in front of the elevators and in the hallway. Made it very difficult to get to our rooms. At one point I had to go through the kitchen. I realize on going maintenance is import and that is obvious in the facility. The timing was bad for my stay. I would stay there again.

The hotel currently is under renovation, you will hear noises during the day, but very quiet at night. Breakfast was ok.

Have stayed here several times. Husband and I really like it. Nice room setup, clean, nice staff.

It is by far the best hotel we have stayed in the US. The room is spacious and the way the furniture is intentionally picked and functional. The bed is so comfy and washroom is big and well lit.

The person that I first encounter was not helpful at all at first. The lobby rest room was under construction, so no restroom for the weary traveler.

The hotel is so clean, the breakfast is good and the staff is really friendly, I will definitely recommend 100%
