Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle South/Renton

Was a little disappointed given all the great reviews. Walked into room and saw dirty counter and toilet handle was loose. Breakfast was sad, no juice, watered down gravy and runny eggs.

This is a really nice hotel. There's laundry machines you can use and the rooms give you more space to spread out. The breakfast is the best I've ever had. They had an oatmeal bar, chobani yogurts, cold brew, multiple egg dishes, a breakfast meat, and some sort of breakfast sandwich option. The parking garage had a lot of space and is above ground.

Breakfast was great one day Sunday when I went down to get food, prior to the time it was supposed to close there was no hot food. The lady was trying to keep up up there was more people eating than she could keep up with. She did as good as possible.

This is why Residence Inn Renton is my favorite location!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet.

Very comfortable, large room. Great shower. Breakfast good. Friendly staff. Not within walking distance of Light Rail or attractions. Room refreshed every other day.

Everything was really nice and the staff were really helpful. The cookware in the room was a little beat up, but otherwise everything was really nice.

We had only one set back in our room. Our toilet needed the chain in the tank to be fixed. The maintenance staff was quick to repair it and the toilet was functional again with minimal interruption.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Across the road from the hotel is a very nice park, lots of parking, walking trails and an Ivar’s for seafood

Lovely top notch hotel. Staff are incredibly helpful. Daily breakfast is great, as is nightly cocktails and food if you dont feel like going out. They have everything travelers need, on site laundry, snacks, fitness room, nice lobby and parking. Thank you for a great stay.
