they dont have any drinking water in rooms for clients. even upon my request they did nt provide the water bottles. i stayed 3 nights and slept thirsty. as Location was away from markets and shops. last day upon my conplaint the front desk lady asked me to buy the water from their lobby by paying extra on reception. i felt very bad that the customer who have selected your hotel for stay in Dallas and you are asking him to buy the drinking water for 4 dollars. does this worth the cistomer. i felt bad being in my room without drinking water. it was like odd for me

I was really disappointed with this property. The shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were rusty, and the bathtub appeared to have been painted, with the paint chipping off. There were no dog amenities available, which was an issue since I brought my dog. Outside, there was a lot of dog poop scattered all over the property, and there were no trash cans. In the bedroom, there were stains on the walls, and the hallways were dirty with miscellaneous trash that wasn't large enough to pick up but was definitely noticeable. It seemed like a vacuum cleaner could have done a much better job cleaning. Just overall gross, in my opinion. Would not stay here again.

The rooms were nice and free parking The breakfast took a long time to get, was not warm but pretty expensive for what you get. Chicken and waffles is one grilled chicken tender cut up. It was not fried. The biscuits were dry and did not come with sausage gravy. They didn’t refill our coffee. There no option available for kids. So no milk, apple juice or orange juice.

When strangers walk into your room with keys given to them from the front desk at 11PM while you are sleeping with your family, that would seem to be a LARGE problem, but evidently, for the Manager at the Cambria Hotel, the corporate owners and franchisor or franchisee (Choice Hotels International) or Hotels.com, this is considered "Business as Usual" and your inconvenience is not even worth an apology or $100 refund. You need to be careful putting your family and yourself at risk at their hotels. I would think putting your guests' safety first might be important, but that was not the case. Please be cautious of this group and watch the fine print defining the lack of responsibility, professionalism and disrespect.
