Quiet! Kind staff! Convenient to highways! The fan of the a/c went on & off

It was clean. There was something off with the electric. The outlet the microwave was plugged into had tripped. I wasn't familiar with the set up for that and had to ask for someone to check into it. The bathroom outlet didn't work at all. I tried to reset it, but the yellow light wasn't on at all. When I went to get ice from the machine it didn't work. Two things men were getting into the elevator but the stopped and one came over to help. He ended up reaching behind the machine and explained he needed to reset the breaker. What's going on there? There hadn't been a storm in that city for a very very long time. There were two ottomans. They were covered with vinyl that was disintegrating. It looked really janky.

Breakfast is very good, and the location is convenient due to distance to the University of Texas in Dallas.

Unhelpful & Rude Staff: The front desk team was extremely unfriendly and non-accommodating throughout my stay. Defective Room & No Help: My bed made an awful screeching noise every time I moved. Despite bringing this to staff attention, they refused to change my room or offer a solution. Outdated Facilities: The hotel carpets are old, stained, and desperately need replacing. Poor Breakfast Management: They ran out of basic breakfast items like oatmeal long before breakfast hours were actually over. Save your money and book somewhere that values basic customer service and comfort.
