Sonesta ES Suites Dallas Richardson

Old, outdated building with an awful odor. The room was not clean, and the overall condition was very disappointing.

It was an okay stay. But you have to leave an ID to use their cart to unload your items. Seems like they don't trust their guest.

Breakfast was awesome !!!

Clean rooms & convenient location

This property served the purpose for what I needed but it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed.

Breakfast. It was below par. Eggs were green and bacon was paper thin. Potatoes were overcooked and the juice was watery.

Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast attendant was often late, and one day breakfast never opened at all. The food and selection were not very good either. My biggest complaint, however, was the internet. I was getting only around 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload throughout the property and in my room. Since I needed reliable internet for work, I ended up buying a T-Mobile 5G device during my stay. It was literally about 100 times faster than the hotel Wi-Fi. For anyone who needs to work remotely or depends on a reliable internet connection, the Wi-Fi here is a major issue that the hotel really needs to address.

Breakfast was not good at all. Tried it the first day and went elsewhere for the rest of our stay. Zero wifi access. No clean towels and no trash pick up.

Clean, only that they refused to change the bed linen.

Room was good, with no wifi and there is no veg breakfast options. Sad about it. Staff was okay

The only thing I wasn’t very happy about was the location of the room. One of the rooms was located in an alcove so,I didn’t get as much sunlight as I would have liked.

Was not expecting a residence type room. Full size fridge, not a mini-fridge. Nothing other than my schedule which didn't allow much time for my stay.

Exceptional

Everything was good

Feels home-y

Really have no complaints, stayed about 4 days.

Very close to UTD campus, good complimentary breakfast. Great place to stay for extended period. I liked the full kitchen and on site laundry Wifi have me trouble one day, after reaching out to front desk and talking to tech services, it was resolved. I would like if windows can open easily.
