Helpful Desk Clerks, adequate *parking, speedy elevators, nice pool environment, comfortable bed, Soft-Close toilet seats, like the shower grab bars, excellent television displays in bar area for Sports enthusiasts... promote this perk, it's Football Season.

The location is super convenient, close to 75 so there was quick access to the highway. great view from the room. the staff were accommodating, pleasant, and very professional. the hotel was very elegant on the inside and the rooms were very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious. Everything was exceptional, I will definitely stay there again when I go that way! parking and only because the lot was so full I had to park way out back by the dart rail tracks.

Room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were all great. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. We will definitely plan a future stay here.

I reserved a Double king size bed but I was given a queen size bed.

The staff were not so helpful. It took the staff member at the front desk quite a while to even acknowledge that I was there even though I was the only one there. There were not enough cribs, so I asked for extra sheets but that was never taken to the room. The hotel has a lot of space for parking in there lot, however you still have to pay $22.00 geez. The water to shower wasn’t hot either. It’s a okay hotel, could be better for the price. Rooms are outdated, but the lobby is nice.

It was a nice hotel. A convenient place for the conference I attended.

I wish I knew a head of time that I was going to be charged parking. That's crazy to charge me 45.00 to park .

Upon checking out, we received a call from the manager and they comped one of our nights which makes me consider going back. Staff was good. Hotel is just outdated.

Room is modern and clean, parking costs 19$ a day. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, fixed low water pressure in my room and also helped me get the right receipts for my business trip. Would stay again!

Convenient clean and nice! There were $60 in hidden fees on the room including $10 extra dollars charged for the room and a $50 security deposit that I did not receive back even though we left the room spotless. Parking for one night was $25 as well. So $85 over what I was originally supposed to be charged.

The toilet in the original room smelled like a sewers toilet and the air conditioner stopped cooling overnight considering we checked in at about 11:30pm. We had them work on it and it still was hot. We fot transferred to a king room that was smaller and less updated but the air was cold. But that nightz rhe toilet clogged on its own and it was plunged. Also. Housekeeping gave us one chance to leave to clean room and did not return so that was unusual. Then the final night, the smart TV stopped loading Apps and we have to have technical personal come from hotel to fix it. Not a very pleasant stay. Front desk stadf was nice and professional.
