Best Western Plus Governor's Inn

The front desk lady was amazing! Very personable and helpful. The property was well maintained and the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and they even had a tub. Most places have gotten rid of those. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is my family and I fourth stay at this location. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff has been welcoming and helpful. We love that we can get breakfast in the morning time.

The construction of the property.

This is such a Unique hotel and glad we stayed. By far the cleanest hotel we have been to on this trip and the staff was amazing. Our neighbor in the room next to us slammed the door as he was coming and going every 2-3 hours throughout the night.

Convenient location on the Midlothian Turnpike. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of both hot food and cereals, yoghurt etc. Has a pool at the back of one of the buildings, which we didn't get around to using.

The hotel was beautiful, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, everything was clean and breakfast was delicious. Loved everything about it.

I wish the pool was open later. When we got in it was on the later side and we did want to have a swim before bed.

Breakfast was very good. Eggs and bacon were well cooked. Good options for bread products, yoghurt. Would have liked more fruit. Not enough fruit at breakfast; only a little bit of cut up strawberries and dried rasins.

The Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. Room is spartan. Vent fan in bathroom sounded like a dump truck engine. Elevator has a mind of its own. Breakfast was not appealing.

Location and stay is peaceful with good staff.
