Not a great experience at all. Visiting the area from Philadelphia, PA. Celebrating my wife's birthday. We arrived early. Could not check in early but thats understandable. However it was the attitude of the front desk person which was very unpleasant. Very dismissive. Also, would not let us use the restroom. When we did check in, there are no automatic doors in the front so think about bringing about 10 bags through door on cart that you have to hold open and pull. Also, supposed to have smoke-free rooms but there was STRONG smoke smell in our room. At that point, instead of saying anything, I just cracked the window and sprayed air freshener throughout. Mattress was TERRIBLE (soft) I slept on chair and let wife sleep on QUEEN bed which, by the way, had 3 pillows. Oh, did I mention the entire building had ONE CART so in the morning, I had to take all the bags down on my own. WILL NEVER EVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR ANY OTHER ESA HOTELS NO MATTER WHAT RATING THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE. 😡😡😡

When we tried to check out early (5:40 am), we could not get in touch with the front desk, either in person or by phone (there is a sign to dial zero after hours, but no one ever answered)

The location is good, the trees around the property are nice, and the room was clean; however, there were no trash cans outside the building for disposal of dog waste, I couldn’t find a water fountain / ice machine anywhere, and the entire hotel reeks of cigarettes. I found our bed to be awfully uncomfortable and the room was humid. Would not stay here again, I barely slept at all.

Decent place

Very good

Elevator: Padded with cardboard for your safety and comes along with smell of freshness. Room: Sticky floor helps you not walk fast inside the room. Bathroom: Brown paste in the corners of the floor, tub , and as a bonus in some places along the tiled wall grout, gives you a nostalgic old feeling.

The breakfast is only oatmeal and store wrapped muffin.
-
The TV did not work, there was a smell in the hallways and in the suite, and there were dirt/feces paw prints in the hallways for days without being cleaned.

The rooms are set up in such a weird way. That I looked up and a peeping tom was watching me and my daughter eating laying in bed. There was a roach in the room when we woke up. Won’t ever be staying here again.

The room itself was spacious and mostly clean, but there were a lot of small things that made the property feel neglected. My room didn’t have a single trash can, even in the bathroom. The toilet paper roll was already mostly used, several lamp bulbs didn’t work, and the furniture was noticeably scratched, worn, and cheap. The small kitchen was a particularly odd example. The refrigerator had been squeezed so tightly into its space, and the doors mounted in such a way, that I couldn’t open the refrigerator door without opening the freezer door above it first. The hotel did have internet, but the connection dropped frequently and wasn’t reliable for a lot beyond basic email. That said, I slept fine, the room stayed cool, and it served its purpose for a one-night business trip. I wouldn’t call it terrible, but for what I paid, I think I could have had a noticeably better experience elsewhere. The property feels dated and poorly maintained, and a significant remodel and stronger management would go a long way.

I booked the room. Once I got there only to be told there were no vacancies. I tried to get a refund through Expedia to no avail.

Housekeeping was extremely rude and directly verbally insulting to me and my family.

The building is pretty run down inside and smells of smoke everywhere.

This place was extremely disappointing on so many levels! When we arrived no one was available to check us in, apparently the check in/out desk closes at 9pm and we arrived after that. Several other quests were also trying to check in and eventually someone did show up but it was frustrating! Very basic outdated room, looked so much better in the pics. No amenities to speak of, soap p9and shampoo provided and that was it, not even a hair dryer. I tried calling the front desk to ask for one but the phone in our room was broken. Also, I discovered the outlet by the bed didn't work either as my phone wasn't charged the next morning.

Check in was smooth…the room was DISGUSTING!!! A huge glob of gum on the wall, dog hair on and in the tub, a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom especially once the shower was in use just to discover a cup of CIGARETTE BUTTS in the trash and a trash can full of other stuff under the bathroom sink, dog fur on the beds, on the sheets. Went to the front desk to speak with the representative whom was very understanding in the beginning but once he contacted his manager about my concerns he got very cold and went back on the refund he said he would provide to me. I wasn’t offered a cleaner room. I checked in and out within a 4 hour timeframe and I’m being denied a refund currently. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT, FILTHY ROOMS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME OR GAS GETTING HERE!!!

If you're homeless, I understand you staying here. Other than that, there's no real reason this should be a choice.
