Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Richmond West at I-64, VA

I enjoyed my stay. The woman who checked me in was so pleasant and so was the employee who tended to breakfast each morning. I didn't have any issues. Just wish that maybe there was a guard on staff at night.

The cleanliness was the only thing the property had going for it. Check in staff was rude and not helpful TV in the room didn't work Everything in the room was old and worn or damaged. Shower curtain rod falling off the wall Drywall tape and paint peeling Mold in bathroom Hot tub was dangerously hot Breakfast wasnt being replenished early in the morning. Much of the property was showing neglected maintenance

It was a comfortable stay but I was just just expecting

Bed was uncomfortable, there was an awful/questionable stain on the shower floor and questionable stains on one of the bath towels. My key also had issues and would have to insert it several times for it to work (not sure if it was issues with the actual key card or the sensor on the door where you scan it). Overall it was just a pretty disappointing stay. A positive was the area of the hotel. I felt pretty safe and didn’t have any issues with noise or disruption.

Tried to use THE POOL WAS NOT CLEAN ENOUGH TO SWIM AND THE JACUZZII WAS COLD AND DIRTY TOO

If you need a cot you need to ask for upon arrival or before arrival.

Room was dirty , air conditioning would turn on and off constantly causing the room to get hot also the controls were locked, walls were paper thin could hear the people next to us and outside the room when A/C was off which was a good amount of the stay, house keeping were loud early in the morning hours before check out slamming doors and having full blown conversations. Not a good place to get rest after traveling.
