Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump

We had a pleasant one night stay. Service was great. Gym was ok, could you a machine or two in there.

My hold stay was a treat ,the staff was attentive and helpful. The spa services put my needs 1st and enjoyed the experience. The food was always tasty and the portions were sizable. I’ll definitely be staying at this Hilton again.

The hotel is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and shops and major highways. The restaurant, bar and coffee shop in the lobby are super convenient. Everyone from the desk staff to the restaurant personnel were incredibly kind and accommodating. I tried both the breakfast buffet and dinner and was pleased by the quality, quantity and reasonable pricing. Will definitely put the Hilton Short Pump at the top of my list when visiting Richmond again in the future.

The room was not up to date. The bed was hard and the pillows weighed more than I am use to. I've all, I will not visit this property again

we spent two days with a loud running toilet and having to reach in the back and flush it our self wet hands during the night was gross, We reported this 3 times

The only disappointment was that both the pool and hot tub were under maintenance during our stay and the whole of summer. The hotel did communicate this ahead of time, which we appreciated, but it was still inconvenient—especially during the summer when access to the pool is one of the amenities you look forward to when staying at a hotel. It definitely took away from the overall experience a little. Aside from that, the property was comfortable and clean, and we had a positive experience with the staff. Once the pool and hot tub are back in service, I think the stay would be even more enjoyable.
