Comfortable bedding, spacious rooms, cleanly, sound proof walls. One of the elevators were out of order, there is no hot tub even though one is listed, pool room is extremely hot while the water is extremely cold.

The breakfast was good. The location was extremely convenient to our places to go for the weekend. When we checked in we were told the hotel had over booked rooms and our queen's bed room was given away. The staff at the hotel was nice but looked and could not find us a room to accommodate me and my girl friend. All they had was a suite with a king bed and a pull out couch. I told them that was not what I paid for but they said that was our only choice. So my friend had to sleep on a very uncomfortable couch after we paid $141 for a 2 queen bed room. I asked for a refund from the hotel and they told me a manager would not be in until monday the 5th. I was very unhappy with the situation. Is there anyway to get so.e sort of refund for this very inconvenient circumstance? I use booking.com all the time and spend thousands of dollars on the site each year. This is the first time something like this has happened.

The cable went out on Saturday morning and was never restored by the time we checked on Monday. Told manager is not there on the weekends.

Whole place needs an update. No water till 8pm.

The staff were great to work with and a great registration. Very nice. Eggs is all I had an d a cranberry juice. The air conditioning was great speed and it didn’t wake me during the night, when it came on. All good

The Wyndham was a nice place to stay. Our room was a bit noisy since we were adjacent to the mechanicals for the elevator.

Property condition is well worn and needs an update. In reality, it reflects the discounted price for the stay.

There was no working TV on Sunday all day and Monday morning when I left. Football Sunday is important to my family and qe missed it

Exceptional

Although I did not use the pool, I did like that it was open early and closes at 11pm. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast area had plenty of seating and food was plentiful. Ice machine was broken but staff got ice from the pantry upon request. Parking was also plentiful. Well lit. Lots of places ro eat right in the area. I had actually stayed here a few years ago and I dont know why I hadn't returned on my last stay. I did not like that the door to the elevator in the parking was kept open with a door jam, i left it as is, I didn't know if the key card swipe was broken and didn't want to risk me or anyone else getting locked out.

I arrived very late (flight delays), checked in to the hotel, and was given an upgrade to a suite on the 5th floor. I thanked the woman at the front desk as she pointed me towards the elevators. I soon found out that the elevators were broken. The solution per the front desk, "I guess you'll have to take the stairs to your room. Hopefully we can get someone out tomorrow to fix the elevators." I had to DRAG MY LUGGAGE up 5 flights of stairs. Do you have any idea how old and out of shape I am? The room was big, but very old and rundown, as is everything about the hotel. Although I was told there was free WiFi and given the password, the signal was so weak that I was never able to connect to the internet. While the room had a/c, it was so loud that it woke me up when it went on (and I'm a deep sleeper especially after dragging luggage up 5 flights of stairs). Overall, stay somewhere else.

Staff were helpful. The entrance, lobby and cafe areas were clean and updated. The included hot/cold breakfast was great. Carpet at the elevator on 4th floor was torn and raggedy. There was a little mold on the ceiling in our room. The walk in shower was outdated and vents were rusting. We are used to Wyndhams being up to date and well maintained but since it was just an overnight stay it was tolerable for a few hours.

Staff was kind and friendly, A+. The room was not super clean, black spots on the bathroom ceiling and a bathtub/shower combo that did not work, I only found out as I was rushing to leave in the morning so perhaps it was a quick fix.
-
The TV signal was dead and that was unusual that it wasn’t restored immediately. The ice machine was out of order on the 4th floor and 0 vending machines.
-
On the plus side, the bed was super comfy. And they did track down my pillow.

GREAT HOTEL AND LOCATION
-
We basically only needed a room to sleep for the night. We were put in a handicap room on the 2nd floor. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working at check-in. Room was decent. No bar soap in the bathroom. When we were leaving to checkout, neither elevators were working. As we used the stairs, there was a sign on the door "Elevators are now working". But they weren't. Which means it's been an issue for a minute. Glad we weren't on the 5th floor.

I’m a health nut —- so I would prefer to see whole milk—- yes, whole milk, instead of low fat.its healthier! More fresh choices than pre-made or genetically engineered. But. The coffee good. The juice is good— and there’s nothing wrong with a fresh apple! Having just come from Switzerland, their breakfast l, even at a HI Express puts the American breakfast to shame. Truly. Fresh baked bread! Homemade yogurt! Chopped fresh fruit!

Estaba limpio todo, sin mal olor la atención de la muchacha excelente. Lo unico que en la noche se escuchaba un poco de ruido
