The property was very clean. The staff was outstanding upon check-in and throughout our stay the dining area was also clean and up to par. Their location was a little far from where I needed to get to other than that everything was fine

Decent hotel for stopover. Parking garage not clean. Staff very nice. Night duty male was very helpful and kind. Breakfast attendant very kind.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and quiet, and the front desk staff was very nice. They had a good breakfast with options for health conscious eaters. We appreciated the flexible check out, full size Dove toiletries and the covered parking. The location was great, we could walk to many places and easily drive out. Nothing to dislike, this was a pleasant hotel with very nice people.

This location was great if you are attending something at the Amphitheater. Parking lot was weird and tight.

Downtown Richmond ! Everything is tight. Good location for my Doctors appts at VCU. Lille did I know they have a free hotel for patients. The parking below the hotel was nice but ceilings were low and the sprinkler system made it difficult to open the lift gate. The clearance was 6 ft.
