Great location, nice staff. Parking a little tricky but overall loved my stay.

Room was great with the old furniture. Front desk clerk was helpful with toilet issue. Parked in second street garage and used uber for short trips in Richmond. Great stay.

I was unfamiliar with the area, and the staff readily helped me and my son find a wonderful restaurant to dine at for dinner and then the next day a delicious restaurant for breakfast. They also helped me figure out how to use uber to get to the concert we had tickets for and helped us with ancillary food needs. And the late-night attendant helped me figure out my room's TV remote that was unfamiliar to me. Our rooms were off a quaint plant surrounded staircase. I will most definitely stay there again.

Linden Row is an outdated property. Many repairs should be made to bring things up to date.

This is a very unique, historic property. Is well maintained, but naturally shows some sign of age. Bedrooms are huge as are the bathrooms. Staff was very nice and informative. A great welcome area and the outside space is lovely. Even with the elevators, there are stairs to navigate to get to most of the rooms. If you have mobility issues, make sure to ask for one that doesn’t have any stairs. Also, the beds are very high so ask the front desk if you need a stepstool. Would definitely stay here again.

Cool place close to lots of stuff 2 do

The property was conveniently located near where I had to go. The room was clean and private. Checking in and out was very easy.
-
The parlor rooms are beautiful, with high ceilings and tons of room.
-
This is an old historic hotel. The rooms are a little dated. I love old school charm but there were functional things like peeling wallpaper, worn furniture etc that need love. My biggest thing was there was no bottled water in the rooms. A little thing but big for most guest.

Beautiful rooms and great location.

A/C worked well. Convenient location. Big rooms.
-
Absolutely charming, the room was quiet and stocked with everything I could need. I was able to find street parking for free nearby after 6 since I was leaving early in the morning.
-
Wonderful historic hotel good location very comfortable.
-
My one frustration was the noise from above, the sound insulation was not too good so the foot steps and things moving around above did disrupt things for me as Im a light sleeper. There was no other noise from outside at all as I faced a quiet courtyard. The bathroom was decent, some signs of wear and tear on things. I thought this place was a great value and historic in style and preservation. I would stay again but on the second floor.

Historic charm, great location, quiet and tranquil. Very private. Comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. We had a good stay at Linden Row. Parking was down the street in a garage but not expensive. Waiting zone on the street outside the Inn made it very easy to get in and out each day. And we were close to everything we planned to go to.

We arrived late in the evening and the gentleman at the desk was wonderful and helpful. Loved the cat and location of the hotel. It was an odd set up getting to your room. The gentleman working the desk that morning was a poor reflection on your hotel. Constantly on his phone, very little personality and just unprofessional looking and acting. There were someone else’s socks in our bedroom. Did not feel very clean.
-
Polite and attentive staff, very informative about the area. Clean room, close to amenities.
-
Lucky to find parking across 1st Street for the night. No getting up early to move car.
-
The reception desk has amazing staff, who are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very comfortable bed. Location is close to wonderful restaurants, and activities in downtown Richmond.

Historic and atmospheric. Close to museums and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Great cat roaming the entry area. Free Edgar Allan Poe bag themed with museum we were visiting. Flies in room, bugs in bathroom sink, noisy building, bed barely adequate. Poor outlet options in room. TV offered limited channels. Not very clean. Overall hotel was in obvious need of maintenance, some of which was being done in front of us with duct tape. We know it's a set of old buildings, but you still need to keep them up before they get to this point. Restaurant had been shut down because staff quit, we were told. Overnight parking options were poor. Evidence of crime in neighborhood.
