Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rochester-Pittsford/Brighton, NY

Very good

the place was clean and it had a good shower and a large fridge. The staff was extremely accommodating and I liked the fact that the hotel offered cookies and coffee if you wanted in the afternoon The radiator was noisy and we could hear the television from a neighbouring suite most of the night

Very conveniently located with easy access to main routes. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Decent breakfast. Very clean.

I liked the breakfast in the morning and the beds were very comfortable. Location was close to every thing and the room was very clean.

Great location for the purpose of my stay. Quick and easy check in. Breakfast included. Bathroom door handle and door had noticeable stains that I had to disinfect immediately upon arrival. Beds not comfortable.

It was clean , comfortable, with simple good breakfast

I love my stay here so much! Everything was perfect.

The hotel withdrew the excess money and is not returning it. The deposit has also been frozen.

Poor

Nice place to stay for the price

Superb

Good

Very friendly staff, clean, snacks availability, and comfortable room The bathroom counter was a lil small to get ready in

Small and unclean

Our hotel door was left open after cleaning and when we first checked in they gave us keys to a room that was already occupied.

There was an ozone smell in the room when arrived. Felt hard to breathe the first night. Don’t know if an ozone generator was used to sanitize the room, but if so it is important to let the room air out. It can be dangerous for your lungs if not aired out properly.

cookies. coffee all day Have stayed there before. Shampoo dispenser was empty. The mattress gave me muscle spasms in my back. I shared this with the person at the desk when I turned in my key. That person did not say anything at all. Could have said "Sorry for your experience" or "Thank you for your information" but could not be bothered.
