Hotel on Monroe, BW Signature Collection

One of the best renovations I’ve seen to date. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Absolutely loved the bed and very large bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood. I accidentally left windows down on rental car one night and no one took anything from vehicle which had sunglasses. Will only stay at this location in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful small hotel. Was able to check in early which was great! The shower is awesome!! Would definitely stay here again!

There was no staff during my stay. I entered a code to get my room key and I never saw anyone in the office. Room was clean with no amenities. Everything worked as expected.

No staff on site- key pick up was by kiosk- different but easy enough. Phone number given for any issues but did not need to use it. Room clean and comfortable.

amazing little hotel, so clean and very close to everything , the owner was so kind and always so helpful when needed. love it here!

Location was perfect for our visit. The EV chargers were especially helpful. It was a little odd checking in with no staff there, but we met the manager during the day and he was most hospitable and friendly. A lovely visit!

We stay here regularly, but this time was room was extra clean - still smelled like lemon floor cleaner. Love how convenient this hotel is, it’s consistently clean, manager is friendly and helpful, and the Dove bar soap is the cherry on top. Always the first place I book for Rochester trips.

The ice machine was not working at all, it was empty and if I had known I would have just brought ice. The room was lovely in size and amenities but had not been cleaned very well and there were remnants of the previous guest which seemed sloppy to me. The location is great and again, room size, bathroom/shower, bedding all really nice.

There is no staff or amenities. Not even a communal coffee pot. The bedspread was stained and the air conditioner was unusable b/c of the literal chunks of dirt and mold and who knows what else visibly inside the vents. It was inexpensive, relatively speaking, but cleanliness and safety are a bottom line requirement at any price.

Excellent place to stay, clean and convenient. Heated toilet seat ....score lol

Clean

Room are clean. Staff is super accommodating and helpful. Nice area. Cute cafe next door. Would definitely recommend.

.Shower was hot with good pressure .Bed was comfortable and well made .AC works well and had zero issues 10/10 would recommend if you aren’t set on a refrigerator and a microwave because those are the only things you won’t find at this great spot. If I’m back in this area this is absolutely where I will be staying.

It was the first time that I checked in and out using a self-serve kiosk. It was easy to use but would rather have someone at the desk to help.

Rooms are simple, pretty clean, and updated. Quiet considering it’s a fairly busy street. Outside of building is less updated/maintained.

Great little hotel. Super easy to use and very reasonable price. The Turkish coffee house next door was fantastic. Will be staying again.

Excel

The fridge was in the bathroom and been on the first floor couldn't open the blinds. First floor needs different types of blinds so when I open them I dont expose the room

Loved the paint scheme on the outside. Clean as a pin inside. Big bedroom and bathroom.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The manager was was very helpful! I would definitely stay there again, when I'm in Rochester!
