Hilton Garden Inn Rochester/University & Medical Center

Very good

Location and lobby area Booked here because I was having surgery at Strong Memorial and my wife could ride the advertised free shuttle to visit. Given a room next to Social Services placed residents who were extremely noisy and disrespectful late. Finally insisted on a room change after 2nd night when it took a door pounding and shouting 2:00 AM visit by desk staff to quiet them. But still a noise like chopping on a table continued all night. On Saturday the desk advised my wife no shuttle driver available. (I had called before booking to confirm the shuttle ran on weekends.)

Superb

Good location

Cleanliness and friendly staff Restaurant closed very early

It was clean and nice It was nice i love the room

Convenient and clean. Nice stay.

Exceptional

If you are solo and for some reason have absolutely no way of avoiding being physically present in the city of Rochester (and I'd urge you to find a way to avoid being there or to seriously examine the decisions you've made in your life that caused you to be there) then this is a very nice hotel, quiet room, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.

Barking dog across the hall.

Very good

Very nice staff and very clean

Very close to the school and it was close to shops. The staff was welcoming and the property very clean.

The sofa bed mattress was of terrible quality. Super thin and uncomfortable.

Everything about the Hotel and how convenient it was to get to Everything. It seemed as if Everything was no more than 11 mins away. I will definitely try to book here when I'm visiting my son. We were very comfortable.

Staff exceptional

Clean

Clean room and nice restaurant

I love this hotel and try to stay every time I visit my son at U of R

Great location. Good facilities. The restaurant is very good. They also had shuttle to the airport which was very helpful.
