Courtyard by Marriott Rochester Brighton

Clean inside and out. Grounds maintained. Staff very helpful and made sure our 2 rooms was side by side. Definitely would stay here again

Though they gave me disabled room and not so comfortable using the toilet..

Superb

The only thing I noticed was the lighting outside. Otherwise all was great!

Bathrooms could use an updating

The room itself was cozy and welcoming. I didn't like how there wasn't any coffee or breakfast included with the price of the room. All hiltons have this included and they're who i usually go with and it was roughly the same price. The bed was horrifically uncomfortable. This seems to be the case with most 2 and 3 star hotels. Im a side sleeper and the bed was simply way too hard.

The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. They helped us arrange transportation to the airport as we had an early flight outside of their shuttle time. Although we had to pay for it, the cost wasn’t outrageous.

Very clean hotel Friendly staff Free Hotel to airport transfer I thought I paid/booked my stay with free breakfast Only to find this was not the case

Clean. Staff were friendly and polite.

Orientation of bed in room Wooded, green area surrounding hotel Very convenient to interstates and areas we were interested in Pleasant and helpful staff Comfortable seating area in room No free breakfast Small vanity in bathroom

The Bistro was not satisfactory. Staff and food preparation was slow and below average.

I miss free breakfast.

Class act welcoming us with bottled water and some snacks, rather than having bottles with $5 price tags in the room. Very much appreciated. Would have liked two desk chairs, traveling couple each with laptop.

Perfect EVERYTHING

Perfect EVERYTHING

Fine, but nothing special.

Well maintained and clean room. Enjoyable stay

Our stay was fantastic overall!

Beautiful location around a courtyard, we could hear and see the birds, and no traffic noise from the highway. What I would have liked to see is a full length mirror in the room so that the others in a party can get ready without three people trying to use the mirror at the bathroom counter, that area is just too congested.

The hotel is located in the Brighton area and was suited well for our needs. Close to dining and shopping.
