Lovely property well maintained I didn’t get fresh bath towels, even though I left the old ones on the floor

Staff was arguing with Customer when I walked in. They paid me no mind. When they really attended to me. There was no apology for the wait or the situation that was occurring. Didn’t tell me that I had to pay for parking or anything. Later that lady I deal with another staff who also never mentioned paying for parking. Just took my information down and later on charged me. They weren’t friendly at all. After all I didn’t even park in their parking lot and was still charged. She I called for a refund, I was told manager would call. NEVER got call nor a refund. And the icing on the cake was that deposit is now $250!!! No matter if you still one night, it’ll be $250 deposit. I won’t be returning.

Everything was great accept there is no microwave in the room. Only a central one located with the ice machine, very inconvenient!

Very bad attitude of hotel staffs . And when we arrived hotel but unable to check in as the reason is housekeeper left . Then we need to find new hotel at mid night .

The shower water stream is quite low.

I tried to call before I got the hotel, who ever picked the phone doesn’t even know I had reservations. The front desk at the hotel she is helpful. The carpet in the hotel is old and dirty. The room carpet is smelly can’t sleep. I had one night stay didn’t even slept. No time to complain I had to leave early.
