The stuff could use a little bit more of a friendly attitude. The worst part was that the the room we got was extremely humid that even the sheets felt damped. The shower was leaking.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is dated but has charm. The staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The common areas are massive. The gym is great, one of the best hotel gyms we have been to.

Staff were very dismissive , unable to check in at 3 pm was told they sold out the night before. Desk agent left the hotel and we had to wait for someone else to come in and acknowledge us. The Housekeeping manager was the best part of the hotel.

Very old out dated property. Asked for a DND sign….they did not have one. Told front desk I would be out by noon for maid service two mornings they were knocking on door by 9:00am. Asked front desk for extra towels she handed me one. Asked for extra blanket she told me she needed to put in a request for one and I never got it. Day before last, asked maid for extra towels she said yes, no problem…got nothing extra. 2nd to last night, had to have room keys re-keyed as did another guest.
