Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare – Rosemont by IHG

Overall, it was a good stay and thankful things went so well.

Love staying here when I need to go to Rosemont.

Incredibly convenient hotel near O’Hare and public transport (Pace to CTA). Room was super clean and cozy, and staff were always friendly. The restaurant is also great and has delicious options. The airport shuttle is a plus and the drivers were always so friendly and knowledgeable! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Just an ok stay. We purchased breakfast, but were not given the vouchers at check-in, so that slowed us down in the morning. Shuttle driver was a little late for pickup, but he made up the time.

We stayed at another IHG Hotel our 1st night in Chicago and wished we had stayed here our 1st and last night. Room (2 queens) at this hotel was more spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The facilities, sitting areas, pool, gym were clean too. The free breakfast and server at the restaurant were great, this morning. The location was perfect if you're flying out of O'Hare/returning a car rental. There was a wedding at the Sky on Nine, on the 9th floor. Our room was on the 4th floor. We heard the thumping of music from the bar/wedding venue at various times of the night. Luckily, we were exhausted and had to be up early (for our time zone) and were able to sleep. I couldn't imagine having a room on any higher floor. Additionally, we looked at the pool after check-in and sometime between 4-5 pm CST. The pool water was warm when we touched it and the pool area was toasty. The hot tub/spa was not functional, maybe drained, but didn't look to closely and it had a net over it. Between 7-8 pm, we decided to go into the pool and it was too cold (for us) to enjoy and the area wasn't as toasty anymore. As a pool owner, I'd approximate the pool temp at high 60s/low 70s. I'm unsure if the hotel doesn't heat the pool and or area later in the evening, but there was a vast difference in pool/pool area temperature for us to enjoy it.

The hotel was clean, the staff were nice, and everything else was good.

The remodeling. It made the hotel looks so luxury feel.

Was an ok hotel for the price. Room had a musty smell upon entering and there was no fan for the restroom. Asked if I could put my deposit on another card and they said no. Could not pay in advance too. Staff wasn’t very helpful on that part. But other than that it was ok. The beds were nice, the shuttle was convenient for transportation to the airport.

Had a great 3 night stay and the whole experience was great. Loved the walking distance to restaurants and AllState Arena. Beautiful Hotel!

Will stay again! Clean. Staff friendly and approachable. Safe area.
