A nice quiet hotel. Beds and pillows are comfortable. My AC kept my room cold. I enjoyed the hot breakfast as well. Lots of restaurants nearby.Definitely will stay there again in the future.

The hotel was easy to find, comfortable, and met our family's needs for an overnight stay after attending an event nearby. Everything about the room and the stay itself was exactly what we were looking for, and the location was convenient for our plans. The only issue was with billing. We had prepaid for the room through Booking.com, but after our stay, the hotel charged our card again because they were having trouble processing the payment method provided by Booking.com. The charge was eventually reversed after several phone calls. Still, it was frustrating that we had to spend time resolving an issue between the hotel and its booking partner rather than having it handled behind the scenes.

Everything was very clean! Enjoyed my stay so much! My only complaint is that there was no hand soap :( but everything else was great!!

Canceled my room and blamed 3rd party Expedia stating that card declined which was not true!! The hotel was over booked and instead of calling to confirm my arrival time, I’m sure they sold my reservation to someone else. Horrible experience as the receptionist argued in front of a packed lobby and began to humiliate stating if you have no money then your card declines!! Embarrassing to say the least and had to find another hotel in a panic as we travelled 3 hours and had early games for tourney the following day!!
