Very clean. Spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. Easy access to elevator and floor design easy for rolling suitcases. Friendly staff. Hot tub wasn't hot. Hopefully just a maintenance issue that isn't a usual occurrence. Did not have a chance to use it again during our stay to see if it was fixed.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed and clean pool. Very good breakfast. No coffee pot in room. No glasses in room/bathroom for rinsing after brushing teeth. And hot tub wasn’t up and running.

Couldn't get t.v. to come on

The strobe light on smoke detector. Couldn't get local t.v. to come on.

I enjoyed the free breakfast That my room wasn't cleaned daily or at all while I was there. They have to work on that. That's why they were given a 9 instead of a 10

This is our favorite hotel to stay at whatever our daughters have softball tournaments in Rosenberg. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. We love that.

Beautiful hotel, brand new with the best amenities. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Our room was very big, AC worked great and the bathroom was nice with Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion/hand-soap. Checkout was at 12pm, such a nice surprise and the hotel was clean, welcoming and nice. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Clean, great breakfast, helpful staff and with plenty parking

Location My bedding had a pee stain on the duvet so this let's me know they don't wash the bedding ever time a guest leaves and also the overnight receptionist had a bad attitude.
