Extended Stay America Select Suites - Austin - Round Rock

The receptionist was nice and helpful Theirs a charge for everything, wifi, phone, pots, and the deposit is 100 when majority hotels is 30-50 and no pool of gym

Superb

I did not like nothing. Air conditioner did not work they did not fix it for 5 days after reporting it multiple times. 2 ladies were yelping and arguing. The red hair lady would talk about the manger while we would walk by.

great Hosting

Great place to stay, short term or long term. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was great. It had everything I needed. Great price. Highly recommend.

It close to work Staff member Jason was horrible service very argumentative not willing to at all. Lots of people always smoking weed and nothing was ever done about it

Superb

They dont clean the rooms, I asked multiple times to get my room and they never got to it. I was told no animals on property and everyone had dogs. I won't be coming back. The only person that was helpful was Ms Nae, other than that rude or non helpful personnel.

The room was quite clean.

Very good

I had a good stay at Extended Stay America in Round Rock. The hotel had plenty of parking, which was convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the AC in the room was working well. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
