Yes customer service and the ants taking over the room

Great location

The walls were very thin. At 12am i woke up to use the rest room. From that point I was kept up all night from the upstairs walking around. Heard every toilet flush, when they took a shower. And not to mention the traffic from the freeway! Motorcycles ramming all night long! It was HORRIBLE!!! At 8am got woken back up from a child running around and jumping!

Our bed comforter had something that looked like rat droppings. The next day no one cleaned our room

Great place to stay for the price! Front desk is always very helpful

I like that it is in close proximity to the interstate highway and with in driving distance to the multipurpose round rock complex

Outstanding staff and very clean hotel, easy parking, and great location.

Noisy at night..not very clean. Breakfast was not good at all

Room was clean.

Great location. Food and shopping close. 6 min drive to Round Rock sports center. Safe area

Close to the highway and restaurants. Outdated, breakfast bad, elevator was scary , highway noise bad

.

Staff and facility was well taken care of, room was taken care of and well cleaned place felt cozy and comfy we loved the beds super comfortable

The room was clean and satisfactory. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was atrocious.

Staff was helpful and the breakfast was good love the exercise room and the pool

The proximity to the highway and restaurants. The room was tidy. The couches were a little too low and sunk in too much.

Good staff support Didn't clean my room properly

When we got to our room, we noticed a pool of water on the floor. We contacted the front desk staff who immediately switched us to another room. They were also very helpful because we required extra time to vacate the accommodation. They extended our check out time by 1 hour and did everything in their power to ensure the passengers did not experience another delay.
