It was a great place to stay

Breakfast was great and convenient. View’s spectacular. Staff friendly. Surprised us with a sweet treat in honor of our 42 nd wedding anniversary which is why we were there. Awesome hospitality and very comfortable. Thank you! I didn’t love climbing stairs to get to the third floor with luggage but the view was worth the climb. There was nothing else that we didn’t like about the property. The Nor’easter was unexpected when we made our plans, but it was fun to see the ocean at high tide during a storm. Luckily no rain.

Wife and I had a fantastic time. Very comfortable, complementary breakfast we delicious and the staff was very helpful. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Really great location! All rooms are large, and all have ocean views. Free breakfast and lots of amenities!

Exceptional

Very convenient hotel right on St. Augustine Beach with balconies with full ocean view. 10 minute drive to old town St. Augustine. Publix supermarket and various restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Clean and spacious room with excellent A/C, shower, and kitchenette. Staff was very helpful.

Dune level roo, the single bed was as comfortable, if not more than the king bed extremely surprised! The staff was above and beyond our expectations always friendly, always helpful The area where the beach chairs and umbrellas are stored is not very neat and tidy could be kept better

This was my second trip to the Beach House. I love it! The complimentary breakfast was very tasty and not what you might imagine. The rooms is bright and cheerful and the layout works wonderfully. I cannot wait until I can visit again!

The staff were pleasant and very helpful and the location is ideal. We are so happy we stayed here and hope to return in the near future.

Awesome lil place right on the beach!

Great view. Great rooms. Loved not hearing neighbors next to us, but there is construction going on next door that we heard. Staff was great. They use very strong scented detergent for linens incase you’re sensitive like us. Breakfast was okay.

Great property and wonderful staff. Prices were higher than expected but of course it was Memorial Day weekend Just prices so high

Nice place to stay… the beach location is great.

What a wonderful place to stay. You can’t beat the location, staff is wonderful. Room is clean. Don’t think twice about booking your stay with them. We cannot wait to come back next summer !! There’s also a public across the street, so you can get snacks and drinks for the beach or for the evening as you sit on the balcony. Make sure to wake up to see the sunrise one of the days. It was absolutely PERFECT!

Breakfast was great every morning. It is within walking distance to a Publix. A really nice section of beach. The best part was the complimentary Uber. We told the front desk we wanted to go into St. Augustine every morning and within 10 minutes we had an Uber there to pick us up. When we were ready to come back, we just called the front desk and they sent an Uber to pick us up. That saved us a lot of money on parking in town, and the hassle of looking for somewhere to park. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend them.
