Don’t stay here if you can help it.

Close to Monterey. Good parking. Continental no fruit and Salinas in fruit capitol. Serving area needed a little attention. No water provided with continental. Cold shower.

Almost ok good price and location
-
It was clean Very loud. Could not sleep all night.

I like that is very close to hwy 99 and most of the shopping centers, very easy access. I also like the free breakfast ☺️ During the booking i was asked if i would like to add a crib or individual bed, (complementary) i travel with 2 teens, so i said yes, once i get to the hotel the staff said if i wanted that there would be an extra charge of $50

It was very nice and calm, no noise, staff was great

Dated. Carpets were filthy. Hotel room in disrepair with bathroom handle falling out and hair in bath. Sketchy feeling.

2. The charge of $100 deposit when Expedia did not include this in the all in one price. 3. The breakfast was ok 4. They are redoing about 40% of the rooms while I was there. So they are trying to take care of the hotel. Pool looked clean 5. You have to get dressed and leave the area - difficult to do if you have no car. 6. Internet is off and on most of the time. Unless you go to the office and ask they don't give/offer connection information. Ice machine is hidden. 7. When you call for help the staff comes right-a-way Pretty quiet. close to Walmart/Costco/IHOP Right on the freeway Would I go back? No, I don't think so. The price was good. I guess it's been so long since I stayed a a hotel-motel I don't know how to see what is really happening

Location was sketch. People lingering around outside the hotel. You could hear everything outside the room including the freeway. Room was very outdated and rundown. Beds had sinkholes on both sides. Breakfast was underwhelming.
-
Resident parking avialable. The breakfast was horrible also, stale bread, horrible water downed coffee, and no one to fill any of the food items. I do not recommend

One of the towels was diiirty...the one you usually lay out in front of the shower in place of a rug. Fitted sheet was not used on the mattress so the corners kept pulling off...which in a hotel is NOT cool. Carpets were filthy. Conference area is a cool idea until as a hotel guest you can't find parking. Thankfully, though, we got a GOOD laugh about the luke-warm hot tub, and the lady when we checked in was very kind. Would not stay here again.

Good

The room smelled musky, the floors were dirty, dusty. I paid for breakfast but wasn't told where it was held. We couldn't get WiFi even though I asked for the code. We left a day earlier I wasn't happy.
-
Close to freeway The hotel was not clean. We found bugs in the room. It looked outdated and ran down.

2. Room was located next to 101 freeway and very noisy. 3. Ran shower hot water for 5 full minutes and only got luke warm. 4. Breakfast was cold, juice wasn't mixed (pure concentrate), and tv was unbearibly loud with no means or personnel to adjust.

Questionable looking people hanging out in the parking lot all night, and bathroom window had a bullet hole through it. Front desk was told about the broken window, and I mentioned my daughter was too scared to sleep after seeing the hole in the window, and front desk just said "ok". Did not offer another room that does not have a broken window. Would not stay here again.

I didn’t The pool was green, rooms smelled like smoke, soap was used and not new, hair in the shower and sinks. Fridge didn’t work. Hair in the bathroom and shower and sink. Horrible Above…pools were green, rooms smelled like smoke…tried to switch 2 different times. Hair in the sinks and showers, soap by sink was opened and used not fresh or changed, fridge didn’t work. Tried to get a refund and still waiting…front desk promised me they would answer and clear the refund and they haven’t answered booking.com calls yet. It was booked through there so they need to clear the refund issue with them
