Great stay, very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. Decent breakfast.

Great room- super clean The pool facility was too hot and the chlorine smell was so strong that it irritated my eyes

Liked the location, not far from all major attractions in the Monterey/Carmel area, staff was very friendly, nice complementary breakfast

The hallways were a bit runned down

we stayed here for 2 nights, staff was very friendly and very helpful... its a nice, clean stay... not extraordinary, but good for the price.

Location is great Couch was very uncomfortable.

I just wish it was closer to Monterey cause that’s where we were traveling. We just felt like this was the most economical way to get there is an hour away. And some the view wasn’t as great because it was an empty lots and kind of Home’s backyards.

The place was convince as we were close to Monterey.

Very clean and comfortable Breakfast can be better

Safety is always my priority concern. Residence Inn provided that to me. The Assistant Manager was very helpful, accommodating, and generally the kind of person one hopes to be assisting you when one has concern(s!).

Great indoor pool. Helpful staff. Would have appreciated a better stocked market next to the front desk. Will stay here again.

Exceptional

Our suite was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The refrigerator, bathroom, couch, and entire room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, toast, and juice. Everything was fresh, clean, and well organized. The hotel is in a quiet area, making it the perfect place to relax and get a good night's sleep. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel room was ok. We had asked for a few extra towels which never came. We asked for body soap to be replenished 3x and it never was delivered. The hot tub was broken, the fire pit wouldn’t turn on and the people above us stomped around all the time.

The breakfast wasn't really good and the coffe was not good either. The rest looks ok but nothing like the photos that expedia show online. Is never like the picture. Thanks McCarthy family
