Aiden San Antonio Riverwalk

Beautiful artwork and decor, spacious room, nice view out the window, nice shower, and comfortable bed. Walking distance from the Alamodome and the Riverwalk. No complimentary breakfast or coffee maker in the lobby.

I got placed right next to the elevator so it was hard to sleep.

It has started going down hill.

A+++++

The atmosphere The street and sidewalk was close too my bedroom window

Extremely clean!!! Beds Extremely comfty!!!

When we arrived we had difficulties finding parking. The hotel offers valet however due to a game it was full. Then our room faced the street the lighting was not the best however due to the window facing the street theres no way you can open the curtains. The worst part of it all was all the noise from cars, motorcycle and people leaving the area bars. The rooms that have the street were poorly designed theres no sound barrier all night long cars racing, burning out, loud music. It was not an enjoyable 2 nights. Staff was good, hotel is nice clean and cool chic bive.

Very nice hotel

The front desk staff Vivian was very rude and not very personable. The valet staff was awesome

Superb

Convenient location

Erick at the front desk was Absolutely the sweetest, he made my stay 100% easier. He helped with every question I had and was super helpful! Definitely coming back to this hotel and recommend it ! Theme is also super cute ! Area was pretty close to the river walk, with nearby food and bar spots!

Exceptional

Good like it

It was in walking distance to the Alamodome We stayed for a concert. For the rate that we paid they could have offered a shuttle ride to the venue. The lobby was nice and clean. The room however wasn’t clean. The bed had crumbs and the seats. Muggy smelly. First hotel that didn’t offer a microwave. Upon departure, the price I booked the room for on booking.com was not the price I was charged and lastly it is NOT on the Riverwalk.

The room was great - clean and spacious. We stayed here to go to a concert at the Alamodome. Perfect location. The hotel has a great vibe. Friendly staff. Great bar.

How close the hotel was to downtown. Everything within a walk away. Super close to the AlamoDome for the event I had. No complaints.

Great location, valet parking is a good value compared to other parking options in the area.

Exceptional

When I saw the high ratings for this property, I was excited about our stay. When we got to the room, I found it was just okay. The room could be very nice, but it seemed stripped. There were a bunch of empty shelves and no microwave. The bar and lobby area were nice, but the room left me underwhelmed.
