Comfort Inn & Suites Near Six Flags & Medical Center

I feel that the property itself could be better maintained. There were definitely signs of more than regular wear and tear going on in the room. For instance the window curtains were half there and the bathroom had signs of water damage. I feel like the owner should maintain the upkeep of the property better. The hotel is in a good location.

The room was in serious need of repairs. AC in room leaking water on carpet. Windows shades let in way too much light extremely difficult to sleep. Bathroom had mold all around the tub.

We arrived and went in to the lobby looks clean but outdated & as soon as you exit elevator to go to our room itt smells old and more outdated. The room we got was smelling old ,musty and possibly mold in there since the ceiling had damage & was covered by thick plaster & paint.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly

Front attendant was very rude. Room smelled extremely musty. Do not think about trying to arrive before 12PM. Absolutely no "early arrivals". Room was small. Breakfast was spectacular though.

TV very complicated. Basic TV cut off at 10 PM. AC Kept cutting on & off.

This was a very nice place with great staff/service

Location and staff is very nice Elevator broke and I was in the 3rd floor. Am 67 but fortunate that I’m in good health to climb stairs but having to come down or up with luggage would not have been an easy task.

Good

Staff is very nice

Rooms just look super old and worn down.. no real ventilation in the rooms, ac was musty

Are room was very clean and the staff was very nice

Very good

Every thing The pool

Bed was bent like a u and property seems dirty

The location close to security services event center. Nice bed and quiet room. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage and bacon. Staff was friendly Damp, musty smell everywhere, mold on ceiling in bathroom, room 210. This hotel could use some updating - had an old, unkempt feel to it.

Exceptional

Breakfast was good:)

The breakfasts equipment was not working properly the eggs were always cold.

This property has a great location but… staff was mot very kind, the pool is in bad conditions and dangerously edges. Ice machine didn’t work in 4th floor, there were cockroaches in the shower (I have picture), the door didn’t have the security lock it was broken, toilet was old and rusted. The fire alarm in the room was broken, floor throughout the hotel was dirty looked like paint all over and didn’t clean it. staff was mot very kind, the pool is in bad conditions and dangerously edges.
