Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Landmark

I would highly recommend this place hands down the best embassy in the whole San Antonio area. We'll work the price!

Very nice employees, great welcoming, great breakfast

Some staff were very friendly and courteous. Some staff were very cold. Parking onsite was an added charge. Overpriced.

Tthe breakfast was absolutely amazing and the staff at the bar were very friendly and attentive.

Breakfast and drinks

The breakfast was excellent and the very good!

Love everything the breakfast incredible

The location was easy to get to, far enough from the highway to be quiet. The facilities were super clean and check in was easy. I did not like having to pay for parking though. This should be included. The room was clean and well supplied. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and I will not stay in any other hotel from this day forward if there is an Embassy Suites by Hilton near by. I would have preferred to not pay for parking.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was kind and the complimentary breakfast was good. The only complaint is the gym was small with not much equipment.

Beds are dam good

All No

Great rooms, very nice shower pressure. BEWARE! It’s paid parking, and it’s kind of expensive. I was charged $10.99 for about 11 hours of parking. I don’t know if there’s any signage indicating this (I arrived after it was dark), but it was not communicated by the hotel staff. The location is great but after paying nearly $300 for my hotel room, I would expect free or comp’d parking. I’m fine with the concept of paid parking, but there should be clear and obvious signage.

Amazing staff and service. Great hotel to stay at!!

worst shower layout ever in room 304. with the overhead shower on, the water hits you in the back of my head only when my nose is 2" away from the shower wall. worst location for a shower head. the other item was the AC vent is positioned to blow over one have of the bed. freezing when the ac on is and blowing at you as you sleep. we had to block the vent the second night.

We had some broken fixtures in our bathroom.

Family friendly

Loved that it has restaurants extremely close by. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is superb..they have chefs to build yoir omelettes.. awesome experience

Overall stay excellent.
