Great hotel especially the location & the cleanness !!

Room smelled like smoke. There was no hot water so the cold shower was no fun and it was generally worn and not well-maintained. Check-in and out was easy and the small interaction with staff was good. Unfortunately, didn’t get a chance for breakfast. It was convenient to the medical center where we needed it to be. May have to look at other properties for the next appointments in San Antonio

Room smelled bad like a mildew locker room. Pool closed at 8:30 which is too early to be able to use it after a long day. Rooms are small.

Property was dirty including the rooms. Trash all along the halls. Worst part is the showers!! After coming back from the parks there was only cold water and the knob broke. The shower stayed on the entire night because they refused to fix it making it get humid.

Our stay was fine. Things to note pool closed at 8:30pm. Granddaughter didn’t get to swim for long. Room had a mildew smell. Was better when the AC was lowered. Staff was helpful. No problem getting extra blankets and towels. Overall will stay here again. We travel often to San Antonio.

Everything was very good

It was n a great location, it was quiet It was old. Ac in our room did not work and there is no maintenance staff after 5. We had to switch to a double queen but the ac worked. The breakfast was good

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. My room was clean, only suggestion is getting new carpets. But overall good for the price!

Staff not cooperative, issue with refrigerator in room our food got wet completely, talk to staff in night he didn’t respond at all. Ice machine not working, sink in room not drain well. Carpet looks horrible.

Initial room type booked had issues with the pullout coach was moved to a double bedded room. The room had an odor like spiked carpet. Which ended up being a leaky sink (found out on Friday night 6/3)..towels were damp that's held under the sink and the carpet had a wet stain as well. Went down stairs mentioned tmit to the night agent he stated he made notes to follow up in the am. Saturday 6/4 morning I shared pictures of the water spots and residue. The front desk agent stated they could only offer a room swamp (accorded after 6pm). The new room was worse, carpet had stains, gum, chips under the sink, a dead roach, and another leaky sink. After sharing my concerns with the agent after the move. He stated somethingal along the lines of all rooms may have similar issues. Being mindful of the hospitality pov, as a guest, that's not a solution to a problem. Which I understand that may have been all he could offer at the time. I hate the saying well you get what you pay for .. and it seems like this place is exactly that. The property isn't cared for, they need a QA and if they had one recently the should take that report seriously for the guest paying to stay at their establishment, regardless of the affordable rate.
