This place was a dump...add that to the apathy of the staff. I wish I could get a refund. Stay away.,

Had some issues but management helped me out.

The AC was broken in several of the rooms. I had to change in the middle of the night. The milk was spoiled every morning at breakfast despite the claims that they changed it. The tub spout was detached from the shower stall and the shower did not turn off fully so it dripped the entire time. The fridge in the first room did not work. The slider would not open if you were outside and closed it all the way, which could have been extremely dangerous.

they did not have room service like website & flyer they gave at the hotel said

It was great! The only minor concern is one of the elevators felt like it wasn't working efficiently. I did my best to avoid that specific elevator as I felt a great sense of anxiety using it.
-
I was happy with my stay. The only bad thing was that the pool was closed for maintenance throughout my entire stay.
-

The front desk charged my credit card even after I told him we have a business account with TXDOT. Bath tub was leaking. No hot water in room# 607

The service was terrible my rooms had roaches. They had plates and food in the hallways on the floor. I took pictures and videos. I tried to get a refund and couldn’t. The male at the front desk was rude switched me to another room and it had water damage and mold on the ceiling. I’d like a refund or some type of credit my number is 6013475252. I’m going to post it on social media to let ppl know not to book there.
