This is an older property. The location is good, not too far from downtown. Our room was obviously once a smoking room. Unless a room is stripped to the studs, the residual smoke smell is going to come through. AC worked great and wasn't too loud. Housekeeping did a great job. Management should do a better job at cleaning the property as there was a lot of debris. They should also post signs on certain areas to tell guests not to back in due to exhaust coming in through the AC.

The location is great, the bed is comfortable, the staff was super nice and helpful, I absolutely loved the breakfast. Maybe it's just my phone, but the WiFi didn't work for me

Second they put me on a single bead when I had requested and paid for two beads and on the first floor( i was having surgery the following day). Then they gave me a two beads on the second floor. Finally they gave me one on the first floor with two beads. Had to wait to used the restroom because they claimed no key available for the one at receptionist area. This has been my worst time at one of your facilities. At the end everything got fix, with the exception of the room request and the restroom key. (please that is ridicules).

Absolute dump. The staff were very nice but the room smelled horrible.

Location. All downtown on foot. Parking. The A/C like from last century. It looks that you are sleeping in factory. Soooo noisy. The matrres so old and used. All back Was painfull in the morning. Pillows so hard. Actually recommend Only for one night if you want to explore the downtown of San Antonio, because of location. No breakfast at all. Only waffles.

We liked the location of the hotel and that it had parking you didn't have to pay for. It was nice because it was so close to downtown without really getting into the "mess" of downtown. The room overall was nice, clean, convenient. Staff was kind enough. The room could've been a bit more clean on arrival, especially the bathroom. Not horrible but attention to detail is key. Upon checking out, staff was busy with a couple who were trying to reserve a room, and while I understand trying to provide great customer service, also acknowledging those who are waiting is the courteous thing to do. I stood there for several minutes while they talked about what was close by, and at no point in the long conversation they were having did the front desk person say "we'll be right with you". It was like I was invisible until another employee walked around and saw me, she then helped me check out.

Close to the market Square They charged me twice and yet haven’t received my refund and my deposit.

Clean room, Close enough to river walk few mins drive , around 15-20min walk , nice staff , free parking which we appreciated! , air con working well,pool was nice and clean, nice complimentary breakfast and coffee Nothing
