Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Antonio Market Square

Cleaniness The bed and pillows very uncomfortable

Customer service and friendliness of staff. Breakfast and free parking were a huge plus. Overall musty feel- damp.

location was ok. staff was kind, except for one person in the front desk, she wasn't the nicest... hotel is outdated. rooms were'nt clean. smelled of mold. AC was loud.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and friendly staff Wish the shuttle ran ever hour picking up

Superb

Exceptional

A/C was not working properly.

The rooms were quiet and had all the essentials. The staff were helpful in alerting up to the extra traffic due to the event we attended. There were no washcloths in our bathroom. I did not alert the staff of this as we were in and out.

Recommended!

We liked the suite. Plenty of room. The walk in shower was great for my Mom to use We stayed in the same room type months ago and really enjoyed it. I think the toilet should be a taller size like handicap size. Most hotels have these all in the rooms nowadays. Also should be a bar beside it to help getting off toilet easily if its a regular height.

Everyone was so helpful and professional. We decided to stay another night and had no problems. We will stay here whenever we visit San Antonio It was all good.

The breakfast was good The location is quiet, close to downtown, and the room is very clean.

Very nice staff and clean Bed was very loud and uncomfortable. Shuttle left us standing out in the dark and never came to pick us up. We were at the pickup spot 10 minutes before time and he passed us up and never came back. We called the hotel twice to let them know and had to end up getting a uber to come get us 45 minutes later

Excellent staff and great team. Clean and well maintained property. This will be my go to hotel every time at im San Antonio.

The staff was exceptional. Outdated worn carpets and furniture.

Location decent Staff not helpful. Large damage to exterior of building. Strange unidentifiable odors throughout.

Comfort room No restaurant near

The room was stinky

We got upgraded after being put in a room that had ants & the breakfast was solid. - There was no WiFi during our stay. - Ants in the first room - Not the best area

Wonderful room.
