Great location, amazing beds and helpful staff!! I loved the direct access to the River Walk!

It’s refreshing to experience genuine hospitality where the staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. Whether it was the customer service, accommodations, or attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baton Rouge. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Everything was great and well kept

so gross and dirty - food was terrible and made us sick

The parking fee of $85 per night is RIDICULOUS. So I assume the hotel rate which I thought was great is made up by the absurd vallet parking fee. Also the shower leaked alot onto main bathroom floor which we told staff and they said we will make note.

Amazing as always

Room was not clean, there’s a smell, trash in the trash, I paid for a sit down balcony with a riverwalk view the room was not clean so i was moved to a standup room with balcony with riverwalk view 3x’s and was not compensated for the room switch. I was able to check in early and the staff was very helpful.

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly except one guy named Jacob at it restaurant/bar area. He seemed to have a problem that night. Other than that this is an awesome place to stay. Very clean, beds are comfortable and in a great location. Will be back again.

The staff were excellent and welcoming of my puppy! The rooms were clean and there was a lot to do at the hotel alone. Plus it’s in an amazing area

Front desk staff were not helpful. We told them when we checked in that was our honeymoon. The they upgraded us to a room with the ac not working. It was colder in the hallway than in the room. It was over 24 hours before the changed our room it was truly miserable plus the time wasted on waiting for the room to be fixed. It really cut into our time in San Antonio. However I want to say the staff outside of the front desk; ie the valet, and restaurant staff were amazing!!! I am not sure if I would stay there again..

Excellent customer service, rooms are beautiful, clean and big. Right in the heart of Riverwalk extremely. Only time we used are car was to go to sea world and six flags.
