Convention Center Inn and Suites

Very nice and clean room. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient to get around the town.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was also very friendly.

Room was clean, staff was super friendly… exceeded expectations. Will stay there again.

very friendly staff. very clean room. academic coffee *right* next door = chefs kiss

Front desk is one the the friendliest and funniest person I’ve met. Exceptional customer service. Rooms were well maintained, clean and interior decor is wonderful. Will return

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Parking was included, which was a great bonus, and the staff was really nice and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was a budget gem. The room was comfortable, the shower was great, the staff was friendly and welcoming and courtyard is beautifully maintained. It felt safe and was in a good location. PS the coffee shop next door had delicious doughnuts

Easy walk to performing arts center and downtown, clean and quiet, great staff.

The staff was incredibly kind! Gave great local recommendations, were super helpful, and super funny! Definitely want to come back soon!

The owner was very friendly we were there on a busy convention weekend and we got friendly and personalized attention. Very close walk to the convention center with on site parking included! The room was very clean with a comfortable bed great water pressure in the bathrooms, and a fridge and microwave. Truly a hidden gem and I would love to stay here again!

I absolutely recommend anyone to stay at this location, my sister and I stayed the night staff was welcoming and helpful with locations we were trying to get too. Its a 7 min walk from the San Jose civic center.

host was super nice, helpful and hilarious

This is property is clean and well maintained by the owner. Nick was so helpful during our stay .We will surely check in to this place every time that we are around SJSU

No ice machine, only overhead lighting in the room

Easy parking, walk to food options, welcoming/warm staff. Ample space in room. Clean courtyard. Clean room. Coffee in the lobby was good. Could not use the heat/air unit as the air omitting from it had negative affect on my lungs (which happen to be very sensitive, so may be specific to me). No breakfast option. Would be nice for the price of the room to have some breakfast option even though lobby is smaller, just some grab and go would be better than nothing. No screens on any of the windows, so when they are open, they are open.

Our stay was so nice and convenient great staff and the rooms are spacious

We were so impressed with all aspects of our stay. The property itself was exceptionally well maintained and the common spaces are clean and nicely decorated. The owner/manager was friendly and takes great care of guests and is visible and at the ready. Our room was spacious, well appointed and clean. We came for a 2-night music festival held at the convention center and it was an easy walk over. It was a great value for the price. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms, reasonably quiet for downtown. Very helpful staff. Complimentary tea and coffee but no breakfast. Would still recommend!

These rooms are deeper than comparable hotels. I’m a big fan of the chairs and footrest provided, feels great to kick back and relax after a hard day of work

We are planning to come back soon
