The Westin San Jose

Very good

Everything Nothing

Great staff and great location to my venue.

Spacious lobby, common area & nice friendly staff. Contemporary breakfast would be inviting. Slippers to go with bathrobe. A piece of complimentary piece of chocolate.

Loved the central location. Short walk to all the amenities of downtown San Jose.

Parking is a nightmare

Close proximity to performance venues, comfort, restaurant in the hotel Nothing comes to mind

Beautiful hotel. Great customer service at reception. The room had not been properly set up, the bedding had not been made, and it appeared to have been left as the previous guest had left it.

Valet was quick to help during a traffic jam of cars. Check in was quick and easy! The room was clean and very spacious.great location near plenty of restaurants and a short 2 minute walk to the Civic Center.

Clean room but the mattress needs replacement. Super friendly and helpful staff members. The restaurant (Il Fornaio) was fine for our short stay. There is a streetcar line adjacent to the hotel so some may need to request a quiet room in advance.

Great stay

The room was in great conditions, it was nice and clean.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Paying for parking.

Amazing room would stay again

The bed and pillows were amazing, and while the rooms are small, they're really practical; there weren't any makeup remover wipes, but otherwise it was great.

Room was wonderful bed was super comfy very clean staff was wonderful!! Ty 😊

Exceptional

Clean but fixtures look warn out

Very well decorated

Convenient location to downtown and convention center.
