Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Jose Airport by IHG

Everything

Everything was clean inside our room , spacious! Beds are AMAZING! BEST hotel breakfest ever! Pool is FREEZING even though they say it's "heated"

couldn't believe the room was that much and there was no continental breakfast!!!

Passable

Everything. The location, staff and the room was excellent. If I could.give more then 10 stars I would. If we ever went there again we would.stay there again for sure. Nothing

Washcloths in the room? No. Welcoming front desk staff? No. Clean room? Mmm.. not really.. Cheap? Yes. Would I stay there agin? No.

Nice

Breakfast was amazing Clean the room more will better.

The location was perfect for my trip. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok and they kept it stocked and clean.

It is ok.

When we arrived at our room late at night, we discovered a roach in the room and had to kill it ourselves. We immediately went downstairs to inform the manager. The manager told us that other guests had also complained about roaches since the hotel changed ownership. They did accommodate us by moving us to another room, but I was very disappointed that this was the only resolution offered. Finding a roach in our room was unacceptable, especially given that management was already aware of similar complaints. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others.

Easy to access, surprisingly quiet!

Superb

The room was nice and the beds were comfy The pool looked murky, the halls to get to our room were hot, and our fridge in our room didn’t work

Breakfast good

Very good

Passable

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and room very clean. Will stay again when in the area

There were 4 of us staying in a room and I want to say that typically we have at least 4 bath towels in the room; this place had 3. I asked for extra bedding and was given a blanket with holes, although it appeared clean. Breakfast was good, although there was no seating when I arrived. The lobby and room was clean. We arrived after 10pm and found one parking spot at the end of the lot and when we left found cars parked along the curb. The rail transit woke me up twice at night, it was pretty loud.
